Famous for his delicious, innovative and experimental cuisine, Chef Alvin Leung (aka the Demon Chef) is the perfect partner for Nespresso on this special Chinese New Year collaboration.  The Chinese New Year will see friends and family come together to usher in good fortune for the year ahead and why not dazzle your loved ones with some all-new gourmet Nespresso coffee moments!

Chef Alvin Leung is the mastermind behind six delicious recipes inspired by Nespresso Grands Crus and, with this celebrated chef is at the helm of Michelin-starred restaurant Bo Innovation, we are amazed and excited by how easy these recipes can be created at home.  With recipe ideas to dazzle and delight your loved ones this Chinese New Year, try these welcome beverages:-

• CNY Candy Box Coffee Affogato – using the subtle acidity and red fruit notes found in the Rosabaya de Colombia Grand Cru,
• Almond Flavoured Milk Tea with Coffee Jelly – featuring the cocoa notes of the rich and full bodied NEW Decaf Arpeggio Grand Cru,
• Salty Peanut Caramel with Taro, Coffee Milkshake – combines the rich and intense Ristretto with nutty and sweet flavours for a wickedly rich treat.
