The special thing about Bali is that it spells rest and relaxation upon stepping foot in this beautiful island. Many of us Singaporeans have chosen Bali as one of the most sought after time out destinations. As such, this island is booming with new destination bars and restaurants to upkeep its influx of tourist every year.
This fall, Rimba Jimbaran Bali by Ayana elevates the art of Tea at New orchid Tea Lounge. This Orchid Tea Lounge is situated in a beautiful glasshouse. The combination of warm lighting and black steel pillars, the sophistication of this venue is unparalleled. It is another great destination restaurant to look forward too.
Orchid is not just another pretty face. Working closely with Dilmah, who has over 60 years of experience be prepared to spoil yourself with an outstanding assortment of Tea. Dilmah is especially known for their stringent standards when it comes to leaf picking. It doesn’t just stop there; the process of up keeping their standards continues their techniques of withering, rolling, oxidation and firing.
Expect to choose from Orchid’s Dilmah Tea, epicurean coffee, freshly squeezed fruit juice to even a selection of ice teas such as the famous Rosella and Lemon Ginger perfect for Bali’s weather. Accompanied with the amazing variety of refreshments are a great mix of local delights and western delights. This is great for us tourist to experience the best of both worlds. These tea sets are available from 2pm to 5pm daily.
Located just across the flowering gardens, Orchid sets the perfect indoor venue for private gatherings such as bridal showers. This establishment also ensures that parties like these have their alcohol intake in check by concocting celebratory libations. These include cocktails such as Green Tea Mojito and Kopi Bali which are a must try.
The fun doesn’t just end here! As Ayana Resort and Spa Bali and Rimba Jimbaran Bali are sister properties, hotel guests get to enjoy full dining and recreation at both properties not to mention a complimentary resort shuttle between both properties. This means that after tea, guests can proceed to the famous Rock bar for drinks before dinner too. Looks like an itinerary is taking shape for another exciting day in Bali!
