Meet the Chefs and their creations :-
Chef Willin Low of Wild Rocket – inspired by his favourite childhood snack, gong tng (peanut brittle) he formulates the recipe for Double Peanut Fudge. Peanut butter ice cream infused with bits of crunchy peanut candy brittle and drizzled with dark chocolate fudge.
Chef Pang KokKeong of Antoinette goes classic with Raspberry Cheesecake Rumble. Velvety cream cheese ice cream swirled with raspberry coulis and topped with butter crumble to add crunch.
Chef Janice Wong of 2am : dessert bar has used the go to movie snack of popcorn as her inspiration for the Caramel Popcorn Avalanche. We’d take this type of popcorn over the boring salted kind any day!
Chef Daniel Tay gives us an ice cream full of Parisian flavour,Ms Strawberry Madeleine is sure to please the French dessert lovers among us.
Two flavours concocted in collaboration with Bakerzin, a leading local patisserie:-
Divine Chocolate Tart – a rich blend of fine chocolate ice cream, topped with butter crumble and a dash of sea salt.
More demanding ice cream connoisseurs will enjoy the unique taste of White Chocolate & Black Sesame. Luscious white chocolate ice cream with savoury black sesame is one for the adventurous taste buds.
