LOVE IS IN THE AIR : VALENTINE’S DAY ON FABER PEAK
Sky Dining
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, have you thought of any romantic places to go with your significant one? Seize this opportunity to bring your other half to somewhere unusually special and live the moment. For once, time travel to the times where medieval courtly love flourished, and pamper your lover with flowers, trinkets and a ‘joyride’ around Singapore to win his/her love. Though winged cupid plays a part in bringing lovers together, the latter has to put in effort to give their relationship some occasional sparkle too!
On this special day, celebrate love 100 metres above the sea in a cozy cable car cabin! Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, drink in the breath-taking views of Singapore while savouring a tantalizing four-course meal exclusively prepared by Chef Derrick Ang. With almost two decades of experience, his unique culinary styles will amaze you.
Start off the evening with Smoked Hokkaido Scallops Micro Cress, Shaved Fennel Salad and Curry Mayo, and Traditional Lobster Bisque Lobster Dumpling and Whiskey Cream. Next, enjoy either a Yuzu Marinated Black Cod with Edamame Puree, Enoki Mushroom, and Baby Spinach with Soya Mirin Glaze or Braised US Short Ribs with Mocha Potato Mousseline, Baby Romaine Salad and Roasted Peppers. Finish the night with a White Chocolate Avocado Mint Cucumber Apple Gelee and Raspberry Coulis.
Other than views and meals, this set menu includes one 4R instant Print Photo that captures your wonderful night in one snap. Besides, there are fun fringe activities like writing sweet love notes to your Valentine and Instant Photo-booth to lock in the moment. Some sweet treats at the D-I-Y Candy Bar booth and Popcorn Cart will also be set up to make your night sweeter!
