Renowned for their wicked drinks, Rockpool Restaurant Group’s team of wine experts and mixologists select wine, Champagne, spirits and other beverages for Qantas domestic and international flights and lounges.
We visited Qantas First Lounge when Rockpool sent 2 of their mixologists here to Singapore last month for the first time and tried the famous Qantas Rockpool cocktails for ourselves. We liked how the cocktails were refreshing and decided to share the recipes so that we could replicate the Qantas Rockpool cocktails and enjoy them at home.
Pineapple Smash (non alcoholic)
INGREDIENTS
sugar syrup (created by Mischa Bonova Rockpool Bar and Grill Sydney)
lemon juice
pineapple juice
Ginger ale
INSTRUCTIONS
Method: built and stirred well in double rocks glass
Garnish: 3 basil leaves and pineapple triangle + straw

Blanco tequila
Lemongrass syrup
lime juice
pink grapefruit juice
ginger ale

Garnish: lemongrass stick and pink grapefruit twist + straw.
