Perrier Cocktail Recipes

Perrier Masterclass Singapore Cocktail Week 2016

Visiting Singapore for the annual Singapore Cocktail Week 2016, award-winning mixologist Laurent Greco conducted the inaugural Perrier Masterclass to share with us his cocktail recipes made with Perrier. Laurent, Perrier’s international brand ambassador has been creating cocktails for Perrier with his mixing strategy since 2010.

Laurent has a string of prestigious awards to his name which include The Best Bartender of the United States for two consecutive years, Pernod Suze and Chevalier des cordon bleus de France.  A leader in the bartender scene, Laurent maintains a professional network communication for bartenders through his magazine “Cocktailzone”, and is devoted to “Flair Bartending”  through his company “Flybottle”, which produces training tools for bartenders. Laurent owns a bar in Paris called “Mojito Lab” where he practices his passion in mixology.

“Sourced from a spring in south-west France, Perrier mineral water contains 7g of carbon dioxide, it brings out the flavours and highlight the ingredients in a cocktail.  Often enough, Perrier was served with ice cubes and not giving it an opportunity to show us it’s flavour. The rightful way to serve a Perrier is chill it and with a slice yellow lemon.” – Laurent Greco.

“Perrier is a good energy drink without the effects of a sugar rush energy drinks give. It gives us energy rush because of the carbon dioxide rushes into our blood stream.” – Laurent Greco.
