Indulge in their specially crafted Five-Course Valentine’s Day Menu (SGD$85) available on the 13th & 14th February to give your taste buds a nice surprise. With each dish named after endearing French terms such as Mon Tresor (My Treasure), Nul Autre (None Other) and L’Amour De Ma Vie (Love Of My Life), this five-course dinner will serve as an additional declaration of love to your loved one.

The first course is none other than the Succulent Home-cured Salmon with guacamole and horseradish crème. The juicy salmon paired with avocado-based dip can be considered the perfect match on earth.

Next up is the 300-day Grain Fed Prime Ribeye with yam cremeux, white asparagus, and rosemary oats in port wine reduction. The steak is enhanced thoroughly by the savoury red wine sauce and it gives your taste buds an entirely new experience.

The dinner ends on a sweet note with decadent banana chocolate cake with pistachio crisp, liquid passionfruit and candied ginger. This stunning dessert will definitely make your sweet tooth screams for more.
